Okay, so this is just a quick wee post regrading some “housekeeping” about the blog. I’ve added a couple of new features in the form of a ‘Category Cloud’ and a feed of my most recent five posts. These are basically here to make the blog a little easier to navigate and to help you guys find the posts that interest you the most.

These have had the effect of narrowing the body of text for actual posts, but I am looking to finding a way about that issue. But the text is still there, and surely that’s what counts?

The #IndyRef Myths thing seems to be doing quite well, so I’ll be keeping them going in the run up to the referendum. I’m also going to try and bring in a little bit of a variation in content too, so that this blog isn’t purely an independence debate page. Don’t get me wrong, it’s something I feel passionately about, but there are other things going on that I’d like to address too.

Finally, yesterday this blog had its first birthday! Woohoo. 54 posts and one year on, the Weegie Worker seems to be doing quite well for itself. Hopefully there will be many more years and posts to come!

EDIT: I’ve changed the theme of the blog – new layouts, fonts etc. I spent a fair bit of time looking through themes and trying to make them fit. I’m not sure how I feel about it right now, but we’ll see how it goes. After a year with the same layout, you kind of get used to it. I’ll probably trial this for a while and make a decision in a couple of weeks or so. Any feedback, do let me know.
